These Terms & Conditions govern the use of https://srwebmarketing.com and the services provided by SR Web Marketing.

By using this website or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

SR Web Marketing provides:

  • Web design and SEO services

  • Website consulting services

  • Digital products and resources 

All services are described on the website and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payments

  • All payments are required upfront

  • Prices are displayed in EUR

  • Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, or approved platforms (e.g. ThriveCart)

  • Invoices/quotes must be paid before work starts

3. Contracts & Duration (Web Design Services)

  • Web design services are based on a 12-month contract

  • Payment may be annual or monthly

  • After 12 months, clients may:

    • Continue with maintenance (€50/month), or

    • Cancel the renewal

Cancellation of auto-renewal must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before renewal, via:

  • the contact form, or

  • the Stripe customer portal

4. Refund Policy

  • A 14-day money-back guarantee applies

  • The refund window starts after the strategic kickoff call and before full website build

  • If canceled within 14 days:

    • The project is terminated

    • All services are refunded

    • Hosting, domain, and website data are deleted

After this period, no refunds apply.

5. Ownership & Migration

  • Clients own their website content and domain

  • During the contract, hosting, plugins, and licenses are included

  • If the contract ends:

    • The website can be migrated to the client’s hosting

    • Paid plugin licenses are not included

    • Migration is free, provided the client supplies correct access details

6. Maintenance Services

Basic maintenance includes:

  • Hosting

  • Domain management

  • Plugin licenses

  • Updates and monitoring

It does not include:

  • Content creation

  • Page edits

  • New pages

  • SEO campaigns

Additional services may be purchased separately.

7. Consulting Services

  • Consulting sessions are paid per session or package

  • No contracts or recurring fees apply

  • Sessions are advisory only

8. Limitation of Liability

SR Web Marketing is not liable for:

  • Hosting outages

  • Data loss

  • Security breaches

  • Third-party service failures

  • Business results (leads, revenue, rankings)

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law.
