At the end of the 12 months, you’re free to decide whether you’d like to continue with the maintenance plan or move your website elsewhere. There’s no obligation to renew.

If you decide not to continue, simply send a written cancellation request at least 30 days before the automatic renewal by submitting the form on the Contact page.

At the end of the 12-month contract, you’re completely free to choose how to continue.

You can:

• Continue with the monthly maintenance plan, so I keep managing hosting, updates, and support for you, or

• End the contract, and move your website and domain to your own hosting provider.

If you decide to end the contract, the purchase and management of the hosting and domain will be in your hands. Once you provide me with the necessary access details, I’ll migrate your website and domain for free, so everything continues to work smoothly.

Please note that any paid plugin or software licenses used on your website will need to be purchased and managed by you to keep the site running properly.

If you’d like extra help choosing hosting, setting things up, or managing the transition, I’m happy to support you — this would be handled as additional consulting time, since it falls outside the included service.

Yes — but it depends on when you cancel.

During the first 14 days, you’re fully covered by the money-back guarantee. If you decide to cancel within this period, the project is stopped and your payment is refunded.

After the 14-day period, the 12-month contract remains active and can’t be terminated early. However, you’re free to cancel the automatic renewal at the end of the contract by sending a written request at least 30 days before the renewal date via the contact form.

This structure ensures clarity, fairness, and full transparency from the start.

The 14-day money-back guarantee gives you time to make sure the project feels right before the full build begins.

After our strategic kickoff call (step 3), I’ll prepare the initial structure, direction, and outline for your website. From that moment, you have 14 days to review everything and decide whether to move forward.

If you choose to cancel within those 14 days, the project is stopped and your payment is fully refunded.
Once the full design and content creation begins (step 4), the guarantee no longer applies and the 12-month contract continues.

This way, you can move forward with clarity and confidence — without pressure.

The monthly maintenance plan is focused on keeping your website stable, updated, and running smoothly — without you needing to worry about the technical side.

It includes:

• hosting management

• WordPress, theme, and plugin updates

• basic performance and security monitoring

• management of the paid plugins used to build your website

This basic maintenance is included in all plans, whether you choose annual or monthly payments.

Content-related work such as new pages, edits, blog posts, translations, or content updates — is not included in the basic maintenance. These services are available as add-ons, through higher-tier packages, consulting sessions, or dedicated content services.

Please note that server-level security is handled by the hosting provider. While I keep everything updated and monitored, I can’t be held responsible for hosting-related security breaches or hacks.

The goal of the maintenance plan is simple: your website stays healthy and up to date, without you having to manage plugins, updates, or hosting yourself.

No — during the 12-month contract, hosting, domain management, and the essential themes and plugins used to build and run your website are included. You don’t need to worry about purchasing, renewing, or managing these yourself.

If I purchase the domain on your behalf, it’s immediately registered in your name, so you’re always the legal owner.

Please note that external services not directly related to the website itself — such as email marketing platforms, booking tools, payment processors, or other third-party software — are not included and need to be paid for separately. I can help you choose and connect these tools if needed.

At the end of the contract, if you decide not to continue, you’ll need to purchase your own hosting plan and any paid plugin licenses you want to keep using. I’ll migrate the website for free once you provide the necessary access details.

Refunds are only available during the 14-day money-back guarantee period, which takes place after the strategic kickoff call and before the full design and content creation begins.

Once the website is fully built and launched, refunds are no longer available, as the work has already been completed and the contract is active for the remaining 12 months.

That said, I’m always open to feedback and improvements during the process — the goal is to make sure you’re happy with the direction before we move into the full build.

I accept credit and debit card payments (via Stripe) and PayPal, using secure and trusted online payment systems.

All payment options will be clearly presented in your quote, and payment is always required before the project begins.
